Description

You will develop and optimize manufacturing processes for IDCAs, drive production capacity growth, and integrate automation control systems to enhance quality and efficiency. You'll support new product launches and ensure operational excellence through preventive maintenance and equipment integration.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, math, or hard science
• 5+ years of operations experience in process, industrial, or manufacturing engineering
• Professional experience in high vacuum systems and/or cooled thermal imaging industry with Dewars and Coolers
• Proven yield and process improvement track record; Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements

• Develop and optimize IDCA manufacturing processes, ensuring high quality and efficiency
• Drive production capacity growth through strategic initiatives
• Design and deploy automation control systems, data collection, and process controls
• Manage preventive maintenance and equipment spares for operational uptime
• Lead integration of new equipment and support new product program launches
