💼 About This Role

You'll work across multiple concurrent productions, keeping TubeScience's physical pipeline moving from pre-production through wrap. You'll own operational details that keep every production on track, on budget, and running at the speed content teams need. No two days look the same, and you'll solve problems in real time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and distribute call sheets with contacts, arrival times, and safety notes.
• Coordinate stocking, ordering, and shipping of client products for productions.
• Distribute talent packets and confirm receipt of creative brief, wardrobe, and logistics.
• Facilitate equipment and studio reservations in Cheqroom and Skedda.
• Source and purchase props, wardrobe, and supplies as specified by Production Managers.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in production coordination in film, digital media, or advertising.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills across multiple productions.
• Excellent communication skills adaptable to different working styles and team dynamics.
• Based in Los Angeles for full-time onsite presence at TS Studios and LA locations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with WrapBook, Ramp, Skedda, Cheqroom, or similar production operations platforms.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or Airtable.
• Working familiarity with industry-standard grip and electric equipment.
