💼 About This Role

You'll lead a Cyprus-licensed Electronic Money Institution as CEO, reporting to the Board. You will drive strategic growth, ensure regulatory compliance with CBC and EU frameworks, and oversee operations, finance, and team leadership. This senior appointment requires CBC suitability approval.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead execution of strategic plan and report to Board
• Oversee day-to-day operations, finance, and risk management
• Ensure compliance with CBC regulations and AML/CTF obligations
• Manage safeguarding framework and client fund reconciliation

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in financial services at senior management level
• Experience with CBC or EBA-regulated EMI or payment institution
• Strong grasp of EMI prudential requirements (capital adequacy, safeguarding)
• Proven ability to lead an organization with significant regulatory responsibilities

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or postgraduate qualification
• Experience with PSD2/PSD3/PSR and EEA passporting
• Familiarity with DORA requirements
