You'll lead critical work for AI literate UK Government clients, managing complex programmes that range from experimental AI to deployed products. Your core impact will be delivering meaningful outcomes for public services like the Home Office and Department for Education. This role offers unique exposure to high-stakes government AI projects with the opportunity to shape strategy and mentor teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage delivery of multiple complex programmes for Public Services clients
• Oversee portfolio of projects across Home Office, DfE and others
• Develop and own proposals to grow Public Sector portfolio
• Mentor team members and align their responsibilities with critical work

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience managing complex transformation programs
• Public Services background in government, academia, or industry
• Proven track record shipping GDS-style digital products
• Working knowledge of AI and ML concepts for public sector challenges

• Experience with UK Security Clearance
