• Develop and implement customer success strategy to reduce churn.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the customer success team.
• Manage key customer relationships and strategic meetings.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams for cohesive customer journey.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of customer success leadership experience in SaaS/fintech.
• Proven track record of leading teams to exceed goals.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Experience with ChurnZero and FreshDesk/FreshChat.
