Description

In this role, you will optimize production and testing processes for Ion Propulsion systems, transitioning designs from R&D into scaled manufacturing. You'll lead continuous improvement projects, develop quality documentation, and mentor production staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years in quality, project, manufacturing, or design engineering
• Bachelor's degree in electrical, manufacturing, mechanical, or materials engineering
• Experience with process and test method validation
• Strong knowledge of quality tools (Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, FMEA, etc.)
• Experience with QMS and SPC

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve quality documentation
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma
• Organize and lead reviews/audits of manufacturing processes
• Analyze data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
• Train and mentor production staff on quality standards
