Description

As the Operations Lead, you will drive profitability and efficiency within the store, partnering with the Operations Visual Manager to delegate work and provide feedback. You'll manage inventory processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink, execute functions like shipment and floor set updates, and champion visual standards for a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partner with GM to escalate process gaps
• Manage shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery and replenishment
• Champion strong visual standards and support floor set updates
• Maintain strong stockroom standards and processes
