You'll own the entire customer relationship at major military headquarters, rapidly expanding product usage for Onebrief's collaboration and AI-powered workflow software. You'll drive renewals and expansion while coordinating with product and engineering teams. This role offers a chance to shape the future of military planning software.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with users up to Generals/Admirals
• Expand product usage into key workflows
• Win renewals and expansion deals each year
• Communicate user needs to product team

📋 Requirements

• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Proven experience in operational planning at multi-star headquarters
• Familiarity with military planning exercises and classified network software deployment
• Proven ability to expand business presence in a region

• Experience with software or technology solutions in government
• Experience in customer support (face-to-face and remote)
