🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, train, and mentor a team of Solutions Architects.
• Drive activation of new customers by qualifying use cases and building trust.
• Guide team in technical qualifications, POCs, architecture discussions, and demos.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with executives and influence go-to-market strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in the data space with technical products like data warehousing, big data, or ML.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams, preferably in pre-sales.
• Proven experience as a trusted advisor to technical executives.
• Track record of hiring, training, and promoting qualified candidates.
