You'll manage the lifecycle of television programming across multiple markets, acting as a primary liaison between syndicators and station departments. Your core impact will be ensuring operational success by handling complex program schedules and syndication contracts with meticulous attention to detail.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and maintain network and syndication schedules in program management systems.
• Act as primary point of contact for syndicator portals, distributing critical metadata.
• Assist Program Managers with schedule distribution to external listings services.
• Enter new syndication contracts into program management systems and monitor usage.

📋 Requirements

• Technical Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with program management systems and listings guides for linear/streaming.
• Meticulous attention to detail for accurate data entry across multiple systems.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination between management and station departments.

• Experience with FCC Quarterly Issues data.
