You'll join a fast-growing fintech lender, preparing regulatory submissions to the FCA and advising senior leadership on Consumer Credit Act and FCA CONC matters. You'll also draft and maintain customer credit documentation across the lifecycle. This role offers the chance to shape compliance in a rapidly scaling company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft regulatory submissions like waiver or permissions applications
• Identify legal issues for new products and markets
• Draft and maintain customer credit documentation across lifecycle
• Advise CCO and senior management on regulatory risks

📋 Requirements

• Qualified UK Solicitor
• Experience with Consumer Credit Act and FCA CONC
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to evaluate risk and propose risk-based actions
