💼 About This Role

You'll join WelbeHealth's interdisciplinary team providing personal care services to seniors at our day center. You'll make a direct impact by helping participants with daily activities and ensuring their safety and well-being. This role stands out with its collaborative, non-traditional day center environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance with ADLs to participants
• Measure and document participants' vital signs
• Act as a medical escort and assist with transportation
• Oversee activity on the day center floor for participant safety

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing personal care to seniors
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire

✨ Nice to Have

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• CPR and First Aid certification upon hire
