Description
You will own Stripe's employer reputation, shaping candidate perception at every touchpoint. This role involves managing the Employer Value Proposition, driving recruitment marketing campaigns, building recruiter enablement resources, and collaborating across teams to ensure Stripe's employer brand is compelling and consistent.
Requirements
- 8+ years in employer branding, talent brand, recruitment marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional programs
- Experience developing and activating an Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
- Strong ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority
- Experience managing external agency relationships and budgets
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Stripe's Employer Value Proposition (EVP), including messaging and visual design system
- Lead redesign and evolution of Stripe's careers site
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns with external agencies
- Build and maintain recruiter enablement resources (landing pages, toolkits, talent intelligence)
- Drive EVP measurement through brand studies and reporting against OKRs
