💼 About This Role
You'll lead enterprise sales for PermitFlow, an AI-powered construction permitting platform. You'll shape the enterprise GTM motion, working directly with VP of Sales and CEO. This role offers high career upside at a Series B company transforming the $1.6T construction industry.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own full sales cycle for enterprise accounts from prospecting to close
- Lead complex multi-threaded deals with executives and procurement
- Develop account strategies for net new and expansion accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions, CS, Product, and SDR teams
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Track record closing complex multi-stakeholder deals over $1M
- Experience in construction-tech or adjacent industries
- Ability to navigate executive relationships and procurement
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with home services contractors, GCs, or developers
- Familiarity with PE roll-up account strategies
