Description

As Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead growth strategies, drive revenue acceleration, and oversee sales and business development across residential, builder, and commercial channels. You will also spearhead M&A activities and partner with the executive team to shape CPI Security's strategic direction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years executive-level experience in sales, business development, or growth leadership
  • Proven success scaling revenue across residential, builder, and commercial lines
  • Direct experience with M&A including sourcing, evaluating, and integrating acquisitions
  • Strong analytical, data-driven, and strategic planning abilities
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute company-wide growth strategies aligned with revenue goals
  • Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities across core verticals and new markets
  • Lead M&A roadmap, due diligence, negotiations, and integration
  • Oversee direct and indirect sales functions to ensure profitable growth
  • Leverage data and market intelligence to guide strategic decisions
