💼 About This Role

You'll own the injection molding side of new product launches from early DFM conversations through tool design, process development, and validation. You'll work directly with upstream printing and forming teams to integrate decorated plastic film into complete class-A surface products. The parts you launch end up in automotive interiors and appliance control panels for sophisticated global programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with customers on DFM and design for manufacturability
• Specify tool design and resin selection for capable processes
• Own APQP deliverables: process analysis, DOE, capability studies
• Troubleshoot molding issues and implement corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience
• 3+ years in injection molding process development
• Tooling design experience (CAD/APQP/IATF)
• Ability to work overtime, night shifts, and travel up to 10%

✨ Nice to Have

• Film insert molding or decorative molding experience
• Scientific molding training or Moldflow simulation experience
