You'll lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM and technical roles across EMEA and APAC, building global pipelines at DoiT. You'll partner with hiring managers to drive proactive sourcing and data-informed hiring decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead full life-cycle hiring for assigned GTM and Tech roles.
  • Locate and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines and ensure inclusive recruitment process.
  • Coach hiring managers and enhance collaboration throughout hiring.

📋 Requirements

  • 1-2 years of in-house recruiter experience at a SaaS tech company.
  • Hands-on ownership of end-to-end hiring process.
  • Proven sourcing skills to engage passive candidates.
  • Proficiency in recruiting tools and ATS.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
  • Experience hiring GTM roles.
  • Knowledge of cloud management space.
