💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver driver training programs for autonomous vehicle operations, ensuring all drivers meet safety standards. You'll conduct on-road assessments and provide real-time feedback to maintain compliance. This role involves collaborating with Fleet and Operations teams to update training materials and supporting offsite test operations with ~25% travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design driver training programs covering safety protocols and AV guidelines
• Conduct onboarding assessments and periodic re-evaluations
• Ride along with drivers and provide real-time feedback
• Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation

📋 Requirements

• Clean driving record for the past 5 years
• Experience training and certifying drivers in a professional setting

• Heavy vehicle license or commercial driving experience
