You'll design and scale onboarding and ongoing enablement programs across the go-to-market organization, partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Your work directly impacts new hire ramp time, productivity, and pipeline generation.   • Build and launch a comprehensive onboarding program for all new hires
  • Create operational enablement strategy with training calendar and certifications
  • Partner with Product and GTM teams to gather feedback and improve programs
  • Develop and scale a dedicated BDR onboarding and enablement program

  • 5-7 years of enablement experience in high-growth technology
  • Partnership with Sales, BDR, and Customer Success teams
  • Building and launching onboarding programs that drive measurable impact
  • Cross-functional collaboration and influencing across multiple teams
