💼 About This Role

You'll support e.l.f. Beauty's sustainability team by managing data collection and GHG inventory tracking. You'll drive environmental reporting and peer benchmarking to advance global climate goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and validate sustainability data from operations and supply chain.
• Assist with greenhouse gas inventory updates and data quality.
• Prepare data summaries and visuals for CDP, CSRD, and other reports.
• Conduct peer benchmarking and track sustainability trends.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sustainability or ESG data tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Familiarity with GHG inventory and carbon accounting frameworks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with climate management tools and dashboards.
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks (CDP, TCFD, CSRD).
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
