Requirements

• Experience leading digital workplace engineering teams
• Expertise in endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune and SCCM
• Knowledge of modern device management and automation
• Understanding of security standards and compliance requirements
• Strong leadership and team development skills

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, deployment, and support of digital workplace technologies
• Oversee patching, configuration management, and endpoint compliance using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or equivalent
• Manage and develop the Digital Experience engineering team
• Establish and track SLAs, KPIs, and user satisfaction metrics
• Own operational excellence across device provisioning and lifecycle management
