You'll lead design for Synthesia's core video creation platform, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. You'll redefine how video is edited at scale by inventing new interaction patterns. This role sits alongside our $4B AI video platform backed by Nvidia.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design canvas and timeline/editor workflows
• Create repeatable interaction patterns across the creation experience
• Improve creation quality through structure and feedback loops
• Enable collaboration and iteration inside the editor

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience designing complex product surfaces
• Strong craft in interaction design and UI
• Comfort operating in ambiguity
• Systems thinking understanding product architecture
