You'll serve as the first point of contact for IT support across the organization, handling ticket management and troubleshooting. You'll gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows systems while growing your IT career. This part-time remote role requires HUBZone residency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests
• Manage and resolve tickets in the help desk system
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 issues
• Document and follow procedures for recurring issues

📋 Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of IT support or customer service experience
• Basic understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Ability to follow documented procedures accurately

• Experience with any ticketing or help desk system
• Basic understanding of IT concepts like Wi-Fi, encryption, MFA
