๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead a team of sales managers and account executives to drive ad revenue for Roku's Independent Agency and Client Direct verticals. You'll own brand and performance sales, develop go-to-market strategies, and expand executive relationships. This role partners with cross-functional teams to shape the ad product roadmap.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own ad sales revenue and margin targets for Independent Agency and Client Direct verticals
- Directly manage sales managers and individual contributors, set goals and coach
- Develop client-specific go-to-market plans and sales strategies
- Expand executive relationships across independent agencies and brands
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of ad sales leadership experience within CTV, digital video, or programmatic advertising
- Direct experience with Connected TV, programmatic, and client direct selling
- Knowledge of the media marketplace including CTV, programmatic, and agency holding companies
- Experience securing strategic partnerships with senior agency and brand decision-makers

- Experience with performance analytics and unified reporting
- Familiarity with DSPs and measurement ecosystems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
