💼 About This Role

You'll lead the West Shore location to increasing effectiveness at introducing more people to Jesus and helping them fully follow him. You'll carry out weekend plans with excellence, passion, and authenticity, recruiting and pastoring a community of musicians and artists. This full-time role requires a commitment to leading worship 46-48 weekends per year.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead worship 46-48 weekends per year with excellence and authenticity.
• Recruit, train, and pastor a community of musicians and artists.
• Schedule volunteers using Planning Center Online.
• Provide weekly communication to volunteers about weekend programming.

📋 Requirements

• Articulate salvation experience and pattern of spiritual development.
• Support LCBC's mission, priorities, philosophy of ministry, and doctrinal statement.
• Be an LCBC Partner or willing to become one within 60 days of employment.
• Display a winning attitude and spirit of cooperation.
