💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development of project goals through all phases of interior design, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team and coordinating with consultants. Your core impact is delivering design excellence on complex projects that balance aesthetics with function. You'll also mentor junior staff and contribute to firm-wide design standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop project goals and design through all phases from programming to construction administration.
• Evaluate client needs and document design objectives and spatial requirements.
• Research, evaluate, and coordinate furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE).
• Coordinate design work, standards, and code compliance with the team.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or related field required.
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience required.
• Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.

✨ Nice to Have

• Current NCIDQ certification preferred.
• Strong creative design portfolio.
