Description

You will be the trusted technical advisor for key customers in South Korea, managing enterprise Kubernetes environments and driving customer success through onboarding, renewals, and business reviews.

Requirements

• Located in Seoul with business-level English fluency
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• CKAD and/or CKA certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years professional experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted technical advisor and first point of escalation for customers
• Lead technical onboarding to ensure all clusters are connected within 90 days
• Drive renewals and account expansion with Account Managers
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews showcasing cost savings and automation wins
