🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement a modern cloud-native access control system for clinical data
• Build infrastructure for 24/7 uptime with rolling deployments and failover
• Architect integration engine connecting ventilators, monitors, and imaging equipment
• Rethink and rewire hospital workflows for fast, intuitive experiences

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Elixir, Phoenix, Python, or Erlang
• Experience building 0-to-1 products with strong product sense
• Ability to articulate technical decisions and trade-offs
