As a Stylist at Mejuri, you'll deliver personalized shopping experiences, guide customers in discovering jewelry that resonates with them, and drive key metrics like sales and customer satisfaction. You'll support operations, merchandising, and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling
• Meet KPIs: OPH, SPH, NPS (85%)
• Support order fulfillment (BOPIS, phone sales)
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock organization
• Assist in loss prevention and escalate issues
