Description

You will partner with our Recruiter and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategy, build high-quality pipelines for active and upcoming roles, leverage modern sourcing technologies including AI-powered tools, craft personalized outreach messages, qualify candidates via initial conversations, and provide weekly updates on pipeline health and response rates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of in-house sourcing experience for a B2B SaaS company
• Proven ability to source for GTM roles
• Experience using modern sourcing tools and AI-assisted talent discovery platforms
• Excellent written communication skills
• Highly self-directed and comfortable working independently
