You'll join a fast-growing team at Bluelight, a software consultancy, to generate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with prospects. Your work will directly impact expansion across the Americas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively generate leads via HubSpot, cold calls, email, and social media.
• Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers to qualify leads.
• Set up meetings between prospects and sales executives.
• Work with marketing on outbound warm calling for ABM programs.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Sales Development Representative in SaaS.
• Hunter's mentality with expertise in prospecting via cold calls, email, and social media.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and the sales process.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience as a first responder.
