💼 About This Role

You'll own Crosby's IT function end-to-end, from onboarding to security operations, as the first dedicated IT hire at a fast-growing Series A company. You'll design and run endpoint management, identity systems, and helpdesk processes that directly impact employee experience and security posture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own employee IT from end to end: onboarding, offboarding, access management.
• Design and operate endpoint management strategy (laptops, security baselines, patching).
• Manage identity and access systems (SSO, MFA, role-based access).
• Build and run a lightweight helpdesk system with clear SLAs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT, Systems, Workplace IT, or Security Operations.
• Experience supporting fast-growing teams in startup environments.
• Hands-on experience with identity systems (Google Workspace, Okta/Entra).
• Experience with endpoint management (Jamf, Intune, Kandji).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting in-person or hybrid offices.
• Basic scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Involvement in SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance efforts.
