You'll own the product vision for Engine's meeting venue marketplace, driving search, booking, and post-booking experiences. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the strategy for business spaces discovery and booking
• Drive conversion and engagement through search relevance and recommendations
• Lead AI-driven innovations to eliminate friction across the booking journey
• Define and monitor KPIs across conversion, engagement, and revenue

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management with consumer-facing product ownership
• Track record in marketplace or booking/travel/hospitality products
• Strong UX sensibility and customer empathy
• Experience with AI-powered search or personalization systems

• Experience with RFP/contracting workflows in events or hospitality
