Description

You will design and build cryptographic and security-critical infrastructure for Starlink, including securing routers, dishes, gateways, and satellites. You will maintain production systems, improve security posture, and build prototypes to enhance the security of SpaceX's broadband internet system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/STEM + 5 years security software development, or 7+ years without degree
• Experience with Python, C++, or Golang
• Experience designing security solutions for OS, distributed systems, or large-scale infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Design and build security infrastructure for Starlink, including cryptographic services
• Develop security features for Starlink systems (router, dish, gateways, satellites)
• Design security into factory processes and provide network services
• Maintain existing production systems and improve security posture
• Build prototypes and identify, design, and test security improvements
