Description

You'll lead safety and toxicological evaluations for raw materials and cosmetic formulations, ensuring compliance across global markets. You'll provide safety expertise to product development, manage cosmetovigilance, oversee testing programs, and support regulatory submissions and industry engagement.

Requirements

• In-depth working knowledge of toxicology and safety risk assessment principles
• Experience with regulatory toxicology assessments
• Knowledge of in silico tools and alternative testing methods
• Ability to manage external laboratories and CROs
• Experience with claims substantiation and labeling

Responsibilities

• Provide toxicology and safety expertise to product development programs
• Manage and interpret complex scientific data for regulatory submissions
• Assess raw materials, ingredients, and finished formulations for safety
• Lead cosmetovigilance program and monitor adverse event data
• Design and oversee safety testing programs with external partners
