Description
You will manage a portfolio of mid-market hotel customers in Thailand, acting as their strategic partner to drive product engagement, uncover upsell opportunities, and minimize churn. Through regular visits and business reviews, you'll help hoteliers optimize operations and grow their business.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hospitality experience in key operational roles (e.g., Revenue Manager, Front Desk Manager, GM)
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and PMS
- Deep knowledge of the Thai hospitality market
- Native Thai and strong English communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn technology platforms and manage multiple accounts
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market hotel customers across Thailand
- Build strong relationships through regular touchpoints, strategic business reviews, and on-site visits
- Conduct monthly local and quarterly inter-city on-site property visits
- Identify upsell opportunities and implement churn reduction strategies
- Analyze customer data to improve product engagement and adoption
