💼 About This Role

You'll design and build the AI-native infrastructure that orchestrates deal execution, contracting, billing, renewal, and expansion for Tracksuit's commercial lifecycle. Your work will directly enable the commercial lifecycle to run itself using agentic workflows. This is a rare opportunity to build at the cutting edge of AI and agents with real autonomy and best-in-class tooling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own initiative rollouts across AUS & NZ teams, from scoping to delivery and adoption.
• Design, build, and maintain workflows and tooling across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Partnerships.
• Build Claude plugins and use Cursor to extend agentic GTM infrastructure.
• Design and maintain signal/scoring infrastructure (Clay, Keyplay) and downstream systems (HubSpot, Vitally, n8n).

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in GTM Ops, RevOps, or similar operational role within B2B SaaS.
• Experience designing and improving systems and workflows supporting GTM efficiency at scale.
• Comfortable working across time zones with distributed teams and high autonomy.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into operational improvements.
