You'll own the end-to-end payroll cycle for assigned locations, working with outsourced payroll providers as their primary operational contact. You'll drive process improvements with an automation-focused mindset, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll cycles for assigned locations
• Reconcile payroll each cycle and resolve variances before sign-off
• Liaise with outsourced payroll providers to ensure accurate data
• Handle complex payroll issues and employee escalations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience
• Experience with outsourced payroll vendors as primary contact
• Auto-driven attitude for process improvements
• Multi-jurisdiction payroll management experience
