You'll lead the planning and execution of technical systems for live events and experiential activations at a full-service creative agency. Your core impact is bridging creative vision and technical delivery, translating ideas into scalable solutions. This hands-on role works on high-profile brand projects from concept through show day.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop technical plans for AV, lighting, LED, and interactive installations.
• Create equipment lists, system diagrams, and production documentation.
• Build and manage technical budgets in collaboration with producers.
• Oversee load-in, show operations, and strike as on-site technical lead.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of technical production in experiential or live events.
• Strong working knowledge of AV, LED, lighting, and media servers.
• Experience developing technical documentation for multi-day productions.
• Proven ability to lead freelance crews in fast-paced environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in sports or entertainment experiential work.
• Familiarity with Vectorworks, Unreal Engine, or Disguise.
