🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct analyses to identify growth opportunities and prioritize investments.
• Analyze SP performance and improve levers using data tools.
• Drive cross-functional projects with teams inside and outside SP.
• Maintain performance management system for account managers.

📋 Requirements

• 4 years of total experience in Consulting, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Proven ability to leverage analytics to break down ambiguous problems.
• Excellent communication skills in English to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a fast-paced high growth environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Ability to write SQL or willingness to learn.
• Ability to use Tableau or willingness to learn.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, CS, Economics, or Math.
