💼 About This Role

You'll drive technical enablement for key partners across the Americas as a senior individual contributor. Your impact will include designing enablement plans and leading co-selling support for Agentic AI solutions in the contact center. This role offers deep technical leadership without people management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute comprehensive partner enablement plans
• Lead advanced technical discussions and demonstrations
• Develop expertise in partner GTM strategy and opportunities
• Provide technical oversight to partner sales teams
• Act as communication channel to Product Management teams

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years experience as a Partner or Pre-Sales Engineer in CCaaS/CXA
• Solid experience working with TSB/TSD, VARs, and national partners
• Hands-on familiarity with Agentic AI technologies and LLMs
• Experience with Unified Communication protocols like SIP, WebRTC

• Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Knowledge of WFM, Knowledge Management, UCaaS vendors
