You'll design, build, and operate our internal developer platform and tooling, empowering software engineers to deploy cloud applications with ease. You'll lead operational excellence and mentor teams on best practices. This hybrid role offers a chance to redefine developer experience at a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build internal developer platform and tools
• Mentor teams on cloud architecture and infrastructure as code
• Participate in on-call rotation for incident response
• Build monitoring that alerts on symptoms, not outages

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions preferred)
• 5+ years hands-on DevOps/SRE experience
• 4+ years Terraform and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• 4+ years Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building internal developer platforms
• Knowledge of Flux, Helm, and AWS services (EC2, RDS, etc.)
• Experience with Datadog or similar observability tools
