You'll architect Peloton's internal technology experience and operational stability, leading a global team of 20+ across Service Desk, Infrastructure, SRE, and Compliance. Your mission is to ensure a seamless always-on employee experience while maintaining rigorous security and compliance posture. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct the global IT Helpdesk and VIP Support tier with white-glove service
• Lead endpoint management strategy including MDM, imaging, and lifecycle
• Oversee global network architecture for high-availability connectivity
• Manage SRE and Incident Management frameworks to minimize downtime

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in IT Operations
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Deep familiarity with ITIL frameworks, SRE principles, and modern GRC tools
• Proven track record of managing a team of 20+ including remote and offshore resources

• Experience with SOX, GDPR, and SOC2 compliance
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
