💼 About This Role

You'll plan, launch, and optimize B2B digital campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display channels to drive demand generation. You'll manage agency partners, analyze performance data, and continuously improve ROI through testing and optimization. This role offers the chance to collaborate with stakeholders and align digital strategy with business goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and launch high-performance digital campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social and Display channels.
• Build media plans based on campaign briefs: channel selection, audience targeting and budget allocation.
• Manage agency partner day-to-day: assign tasks, review performance reports and drive optimization.
• Track, analyze and report on campaign performance; translate data into actionable insights.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn and Reddit.
• Solid understanding of B2B digital advertising: keyword strategy, audience targeting, bidding and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Google Analytics and platform-native reporting tools.
• English B2-C1 level — fluent spoken and written.

• Experience with programmatic advertising or content syndication.
• Higher education in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
