💼 About This Role

You'll join Bloomreach's Legal Team to handle contract negotiation and data privacy initiatives for a leading personalization platform. You'll support commercial legal requirements in the US and contribute to privacy compliance. This is a 6-month temporary role covering parental leave.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate SaaS master services and software license agreements
• Advise on contract risks and legal liabilities
• Contribute to privacy and compliance initiatives
• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• J.D. and excellent academic credentials
• 5-8 years commercial transactional legal experience with tech companies
• Member in good standing of state bar association
• Experience with complex software licensing agreements

• Experience with global privacy regulations like CCPA and GDPR
• In-house legal department experience
