You'll lead technical accounting and financial reporting for a company preparing for its first external audit and public market entry. You'll work with the CAO and finance team to ensure GAAP compliance and readiness, leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows. This is a pivotal role impacting the trajectory of a growing AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical accounting for audit and S-1 preparation
• Lead preparation of GAAP financial statements and disclosures
• Oversee external audit process and compliance
• Use AI tools for research and workflow automation

📋 Requirements

• Active CPA with Big 4 or national firm background
• 8+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting or financial reporting
• Deep understanding of US GAAP principles and practices
• Experience preparing GAAP financial statements from scratch
