Description

You will be responsible for identifying and reducing health and safety risks, coaching managers and teams, and leading projects to prevent accidents. You will be the SST reference point, collaborating with operational teams to ensure a safe and motivating work environment.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's in industrial relations or SST certificate
• Comfortable with project management and teamwork
• Excellent communication and stress management skills
• Knowledge of MRP software (e.g., EPICOR) is an asset

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and quantify potential risks in the plant
• Conduct inspections, risk analyses, and internal audits
• Participate in accident investigations and propose corrective measures
• Develop, implement, and monitor SST policies, programs, and procedures
• Develop and deliver training to promote a safety culture
