💼 About This Role

You'll accelerate customer time to value by coordinating delivery of onboarding and implementation services for Veza's Intelligent Access platform. Your work will directly strengthen customers' security posture and drive business outcomes. This role offers high impact in a fast-growing identity security company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own project delivery including timeline, risks, and quality.
• Partner with Sales and Solution Engineering to scope services solutions.
• Manage customer expectations and provide project status reports.
• Facilitate sharing of customer feedback internally.

📋 Requirements

• 5 or more years managing enterprise customer implementations.
• Ability to manage complex projects with large enterprise customers.
• Experience managing multiple engagements in parallel.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PSA tooling (Certinia/Financial Force).
• Knowledge of identity security or related domains.
