Lead daily warehouse operations including picking, packaging, and shipping while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You'll oversee teams, manage receiving, coordinate freight, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse and leadership experience required
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Clean driving record required
• Must be 20+ years old
• Must pass drug screen and background check
• Willing to travel to Houston, Texas if necessary
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability

Responsibilities

• Oversee pulling and packaging teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Manage receiving operations and stock efficiency
• Review pulling reports and address accuracy issues
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and vehicles
• Conduct and document monthly safety meetings
• Print and distribute order and shipping documents
• Push completed orders through invoicing in ERP system
• Coordinate freight pickups and communicate with carriers
• Inspect outgoing shipments and verify documentation
• Assist with routing of local deliveries
• Operate forklift to pick, transport, and package materials
• Maintain internal record-keeping systems
• Ensure proper packaging procedures
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure warehouse
• Provide tracking updates to sales team
• Resolve delivery and shipping issues
• Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and ERP reconciliation
• Lead physical inventory processes
• Cross-train across all warehouse functions and drive process improvements
