Description
You will serve as a senior field-based scientific expert, engaging with thought leaders and healthcare professionals in oncology and hematology to support the lead program bezuclastinib. You will develop territory strategies, mentor colleagues, and ensure consistent scientific communication across the region.
Requirements
- Senior field-based scientific expert with oncology/hematology expertise
- High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without authority
- Experience mentoring colleagues and leading regional teams

Responsibilities
- Manage assigned territory as scientific and medical expert in GIST and Systemic Mastocytosis
- Develop and execute territory strategy aligned with regional business objectives
- Lead scientific engagement with thought leaders and HCPs to gather insights
- Cultivate peer-to-peer relationships with top-tier scientific and medical experts
- Support investigator-initiated research and real-world evidence proposals
